Hours: 1:30 PM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday (25 hours/week)
Location: Abu Dhabi
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls, manage emails, and handle correspondence.
- Schedule appointments and assist with meeting coordination.
- Organize files, update records, and maintain databases.
- Assist with basic office tasks (supplies, document prep, etc.).
Requirements:
- High school diploma; admin experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Reliable and detail-oriented.
