Job Responsibilities:
- To ensure that all the incoming and outgoing material doc is monitored and recorded.
- To ensure that all the personnel incoming and outgoing are recorded in the registered.
- To ensure that no personnel and material is going out without the authorization of the HOD.
- To take the round of the factory and report if there is any non-conformity or safety hazard.
- To assist HR Executive in maintaining and ensuring the housekeeping and EHS compliance in the company.
- To assist HR Executive in ensuring the BRC compliance in the company.
- To maintain the attendance record of the employees.
- To monitor the house keeping level as per BRC Guidelines.
- Building management system
- To inform the respective employees & receptionist with their guest or client arrival.
