Job description:
- Manage all watchmen and security staff focusing on their performance in terms of standards of safety and cleanliness and their behavior while on duty.
- Ensure the buildings are safe and secure.
- Ensuring that cleaning service is delivered to all areas of the building.
- Ensuring all staff are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Assisting with emergency response and evacuations.
- Evaluating watchmen and securities performance and providing direction, correction, or additional training.
- Submit periodic reports to the top management on the progress of work.
