About the Role:
MEBS Facility Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced Security Manager who has a proven track record of managing both security and housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, be detail-oriented, and fully certified by SIRA as a Security Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the security and housekeeping teams across multiple sites.
- Ensure compliance with SIRA and company standards for all security operations.
- Lead and train staff, monitor performance, and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with clients and internal departments to maintain high service standards.
- Prepare reports, manage incidents, and ensure appropriate emergency response planning.
- Supervise inventory and housekeeping standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- SIRA-certified Security Manager – mandatory
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a dual-role managing both security and housekeeping operations.
- Strong communication, leadership, and crisis management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple sites/teams.
- Must be currently available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
