Job Summary:
Affordable Group of Companies is looking for a vigilant and experienced SIRA Certified Security Supervisor to oversee and manage security operations across our facilities in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be well-versed in safety protocols, and ensure strict compliance with SIRA regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily security operations and monitor guard activities at all company locations.
- Ensure compliance with SIRA guidelines, security policies, and site-specific procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections, spot checks, and audits of security staff and premises.
- Handle incident reports, emergencies, and escalate issues as needed.
- Prepare duty rosters, assign shifts, and manage attendance of security personnel.
- Train, guide, and evaluate performance of security guards.
- Liaise with local authorities and emergency services when required.
- Maintain up-to-date records of patrol logs, incident reports, and visitor access logs.
Requirements:
- Mandatory: Valid SIRA Supervisor Certificate (Dubai)
- Mandatory: UAEDriving License No. 3
- Minimum 0-3 years of experience in a supervisory security role (preferably in facilities or property management)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, and emergency procedures
- Ability to work under pressure and respond swiftly to incidents
- Proficient in English
- Physically fit and professional appearance
