Provide the logistics required in planning Allied health services across the network - manpower, education, training and research – in assisting the Corporate Senior Allied Health Officer, Pharmacy and Allied Health Manager and the Group Director of Pharmacy and Allied Health
Strategic Planning for Allied Health Professional Practice Development Assist in effective implementation of strategic planning ,quality , patient safety systems, policies, processes for Allied Health professionals within the SEHA system
Ensuring that all frontline clinical staff have the necessary competency to provide world class healthcare to the people of the UAE
Identifying and Managing Competency Standards of Allied Health Assist in competency development and implementation, with collection of baseline data, develop objectives and measurable impact indicators to monitor program effectiveness
Coordinating with other SEHA Facilities Continuously liaising and collaborating with stake holders across the group in order to promote knowledge sharing and improvement for Allied Health.
Coordinating Educational Initiatives Coordinating (whenever needed) Allied Health research and educational activities across SEHA.
Representing SEHA in scientific Allied Health workshops/seminars/symposiums.

Business continuity for Allied health services in SEHA HCFs Ensure the implementation of business continuity and Contingency plans in all SEHA HCFs following the international and local standards and providing all the required support.
