BlackStone eIT is actively seeking experienced Senior CRM Developers to reinforce our top-tier team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of customer relationship management solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering robust CRM solutions that align with client requirements and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM configurations and extensions.
- Engage with clients and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze project requirements.
- Implement complex business processes and workflows within the CRM system.
- Create detailed technical documentation for CRM customizations and configurations.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of CRM enhancements before deployment.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues.
- Stay updated on developments in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related technologies.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, particularly in designing and implementing solutions for various versions, including Dynamics 365.
- Strong knowledge of CRM customizations, configurations, and integrations.
- Proficiency in developing secure web services with SOAP and REST.
- Experience in n-tier application design and development.
- Solid programming skills in C#, with a good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as VueJS, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and Ajax.
- Experience in using DotNet Core and MVC 5.0 for application development.
- Hands-on expertise in SQL Server (2016 and 2019), including reporting services.
- Experience with SSIS and SSAS for data integration and analysis is a plus.
- Knowledge of Windows Workflow Foundation and WCF services.
- Familiarity with SharePoint development (2013/2016/2019) is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
