About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive to join the F&B Administration team in Jumeirah Al Qasr. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Oversee administrative support for the Food & Beverage department to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Manage internal communication and team coordination, while representing the department in a professional manner with guests and external partners.
- Lead the coordination of site visits, ensuring seamless setup and communication with all involved teams.
- Prepare, review, and finalize event proposals; maintain accurate departmental records, schedules, and documentation.
- Supervise office supply management, equipment servicing, and operational support for all F&B outlets.
- Monitor inventory levels, handle purchase requests, and ensure timely follow-up with suppliers and stores.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- UAE National with a Family Book as per government requirements
- 2 years in a similar role at a 5-star hotel; guest-facing department experience is an advantage.
- Diploma in Hotel Operations or Hotel Management.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
