Role Overview
Our Graphic Designer Specialist will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that elevate the brand across multiple platforms. They will collaborate closely with the content production, social, marketing, and commercial teams to translate and develop requirements into design. They will also be responsible for ensuring brand consistency while pushing the boundaries of creativity.
Key Responsibilities
- Support with the creative direction and execution of high-quality design projects, ensuring they align with the Brand’s visual identity and strategic goals
- Conceptualize visually engaging graphics for phygital and digital assets based on requirements
- Innovate the brand, looking at how we can do things differently and stand out, getting inspired by design trends and trying new things
- Communicate design concepts and progress effectively to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining creative integrity and strategic alignment. Be able to present ideas and concepts confidently and efficiently.
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring all designs reflect the brand’s identity, values, and messaging consistently across all content and channels
- Utilize advanced design tools to produce high-quality, production-ready visuals
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining attention to detail and quality across all outputs
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, and industry best practices, continuously improving design processes and incorporating fresh ideas
- Mentor and manage junior graphic designers, offering constructive feedback to help them grow and improve their design skills
Key Skills & Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Design Softwares: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite. Additionally Figma and Canva
