Job Overview
As a Senior Relationship Manager - Employee Banking at Emirates NBD, your role will be focusing on bulk sourcing of individual customers leveraging client relationships, maximizing growth, market share & profitability for the segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning and targets for payroll program targeting medium to large size entities.
- Ownership of sales and service model for payroll proposition covering both employee and employer perspectives.
- Provide guidance and support to Branch Personal Banking Advisors and Retail Banking Sales channels for sales fulfillment at company payroll level to ensure optimal coverage by various sales channels.
- Channel capability & capacity development alongside channel mix evolution depending on the client behavior and market trends – Multi-channel strategy rollout.
- Compliance and audit review follow ups and resolution.
- Digitization on sales management using SalesARM mobile app, monitoring of compliance related account remediation tasks for PSB and LinkedIn social selling tools.
- Develop Payroll business plan to support achievement of budgeted targets.
- Deliver on payroll targets of customer, product penetration, book growth, revenue growth across UAE.
- Shadow P&L responsibility for Payroll program.
- End-to-end management of the payroll program, including employer value proposition, profitability, sales and fulfillment process.
- Work closely with Branch sales, liabilities sales team, assets sales team and DSAs to ensure optimal sales & service coverage for high value company payroll relationships.
- Effective management of Payroll RMs team to perform the mentioned tasks.
- Hiring, training, coaching and deployment of Payroll RMs.
- Build payroll sales plans for new customers to achieve targets across all channels.
- Conduct market sizing and industry studies to identify the growth potential and target areas.
- Develop geographic coverage strategy with special focus on targeting Business Free Zones across UAE.
- Develop the sales incentives and sales contests for payroll team
- Ensure sales quality by adhering to compliance, AML policies for new acquisitions.
Skills and Experience
- Graduate with preferred specialization in marketing, finance, banking or related discipline.
- 5 years retail banking experience.
- Multi-product sales experience a must
- Customer experience, service quality and AML/KYC/Compliance experience an advantage
- Comprehensive understanding of the dynamics of a Consumer Banking business & payroll proposition
- Team management and leadership skills required
