Job Summary:
The role involves supervising Land Sports service activities with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. The employee will actively participate in risk management, environmental impact assessment, pollution prevention, and quality enhancement initiatives. Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to mentor junior team members are essential. Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills are required to contribute to continuous improvement and guest satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assign tasks to junior team members based on their specializations in line with the Entertainment Program.
Lead the development of advanced animation assets to support the production’s creative vision.
Mentor animators in performing complex animation sequences and techniques.
Supervise and deliver land sport activities, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction at all times.
Collaborate with the Entertainment Manager, Supervisor, and Team Leader to maintain a safe environment for guests during entertainment activities.
Maintain an inventory of all games and equipment in the work area.
Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
Report to the Entertainment Manager or supervisors regarding the need for additional or replacement games/equipment.
Follow daily and weekly activity schedules as instructed by management.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
Stay fully informed of entertainment programs, facilities, timings, promotions, and pricing.
Possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the entertainment industry.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
Vocational diploma or certificate
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in Leisure, Recreation, or Events
Computer Skills:
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Language Skills:
Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal
