We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented SEO Specialist with a solid background in SEO expertise, a creative approach to content optimization, and hands-on experience with Squarespace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to Gen Plus Group’s offerings to increase organic visibility and keyword performance.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement on-site improvements focused on site structure, page speed, mobile usability, crawlability.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to inform content development and campaign targeting.
- Collaborate with content, product marketing, and demand generation teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded across blogs, landing pages, whitepapers, and other digital assets.
- Lead link-building campaigns, manage outreach strategies, and perform backlink analysis to strengthen domain authority.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, to monitor performance and generate actionable insights.
- Work closely with the web development and design team to implement SEO enhancements in Squarespace and other CMS platforms.
- Track and report on SEO KPIs, traffic growth, and campaign ROI with detailed performance dashboards.
- Stay ahead of evolving SEO trends, including AI search, zero-click SERPs, and Google algorithm updates.
Requirements
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in SEO with proven results
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing websites built on Squarespace.
- Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional marketing teams including content, paid media, and development.
- Highly organized, analytical, and an excellent communicator.
