Job Title: SEO Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 8,000 – 10,000 per month
About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven and highly experienced SEO Manager to lead our search engine optimization strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of over 6–7 years in driving organic growth, managing SEO projects across large-scale websites, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including content, tech, design, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and traffic
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits
- Optimize website architecture, internal linking, meta tags, and content for search engines
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content development
- Work closely with developers on technical recommendations and improvements (Core Web Vitals, structured data, site speed, etc.)
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices
- Manage and mentor junior SEO staff or external agencies as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 6–7 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in a managerial or senior-level role
- Deep knowledge of SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Strong technical SEO skills and understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms
- Hands-on experience with both on-page and off-page optimization strategies
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
