Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and passionate Shoe Designer/ Shoe Maker to join our team and help bring unique, innovative, and stylish footwear designs to life. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of fashion trends, an eye for detail, and the technical ability to convert ideas into functional, fashionable shoes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create original footwear designs for men, women, and/or children depending on the brand’s focus.
- Research fashion trends, materials, color palettes, and market needs to inspire fresh designs.
- Prepare mood boards, sketches, digital illustrations, and technical specs for each design.
- Collaborate with product developers, material suppliers, and production teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
- Select appropriate materials, soles, trims, and construction methods.
- Stay updated with industry developments, new materials, and global footwear trends.
- Ensure all designs align with brand identity, customer preferences, and seasonal requirements.
