Our client, a dedicated airgun shooting range, is looking for a confident and passionate Shooting Club Operator to lead and support range activities, ensure safety protocols, and provide instruction and mentorship to club members.
The ideal candidate must have solid experience with air pistols and air rifles and be able to confidently deliver instructions and safety briefings in Arabic (preferable but not 100% required).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the shooting range
- Conduct safety orientations and airgun handling training in Arabic (preferable but not necessarily required)
- Supervise shooting activities and enforce safety standards at all times
- Provide guidance on proper shooting techniques and use of equipment
- Organize training sessions, practice rounds, and club events
- Maintain all equipment and ensure range cleanliness and readiness
- Help create a professional and engaging environment for club members
Qualifications:
- Male candidate (required for male-member facility operations)
- Preferably Fluent in Arabic (verbal instruction)
- Practical experience with airguns (pistols and rifles) – required
- Prior experience in shooting sports, training, or coaching is an advantage
- Professional, responsible, and enthusiastic about sport shooting
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- UAE residency or transferable visa preferred
