We are in search of a skilled and detail-driven Site Architect to join our team and lead the on-site implementation of luxury architectural projects, including high-end private villas and estates. If you have a solid track record in architectural supervision and a passion for delivering exceptional design quality, we’d love to connect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee on-site works to ensure alignment with approved architectural drawings
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and engineers during all construction phases
- Review and approve architectural plans and material samples
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain design integrity and quality standards
- Address and resolve design-related issues that arise during construction
- Review and validate as-built drawings before project handover
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of on-site architectural experience, specifically in luxury residential villas or private estates
- In-depth knowledge of high-end finishes, bespoke materials, and custom detailing
- Demonstrated experience working closely with interior designers on premium projects
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Must be based in the UAE or open to relocation
