About the Role
Supervise and coordinate maintenance crews and subcontractors.- Assign daily tasks and monitor progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Inspect work to maintain quality and resolve on-site issues.
- Manage materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
- Maintain records and report on project progress.
- Communicate with engineers, project managers, and clients.
- Train and mentor junior staff.
