Role Overview:
We are currently hiring a Site Coordinator to oversee and manage project execution at various sites. The ideal candidate will coordinate between internal teams and on-site operations to ensure timely and quality delivery of interior and retail fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site operations and execution activities.
- Coordinate between design, production, and installation teams.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Manage subcontractors, labor teams, and ensure site safety compliance.
- Review drawings and ensure implementation as per design specifications.
- Maintain regular reporting on site progress, materials, and issues.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Interior Designing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in site coordination, preferably in interior fit-out or retail fit-out projects.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
