Job Title: Site Inspector

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced site inspector to oversee day-to-day operations at our construction site(s). The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on supervisory experience in site execution, with a strong understanding of construction methods, safety protocols, and project coordination. Also, should have his own car and license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure timely execution of project milestones.
- Monitor work progress, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, labour teams, and materials on site.
- Ensure safety practices are implemented and followed in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation including daily reports, attendance records, and site logs.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve site issues.
- Conduct routine inspections and quality checks of work completed.
- Report project progress, challenges, and requirements to management regularly.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in site supervision within the construction or civil engineering industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and project specifications.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with construction software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.).
- Safety certification (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) is an advantage.
