Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee and assess sites for interior vinyl wrapping projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating site conditions, coordinating with technicians, ensuring quality standards, and acting as the key point of contact between the client and the technical team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site assessments and take accurate measurements for vinyl wrapping.
- Identify potential installation challenges and provide technical input.
- Coordinate with the project team to plan installation schedules.
- Ensure proper surface preparation and adherence to material specifications.
- Monitor progress of ongoing projects and report any issues to management.
- Maintain high-quality standards and ensure work complies with project requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients on-site, providing updates and managing expectations.
- Prepare daily/weekly site reports, including photos and work status.
- Ensure safety guidelines and company protocols are followed by technicians.
- Verify completion of tasks and perform final quality checks before project handover.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in site supervision, preferably in interior wrapping or fit-out works.
- Strong understanding of interior surfaces, finishing materials, and wrapping techniques.
- Ability to read technical drawings and take precise measurements.
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
- Attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality and client satisfaction.
- UAE driving license (mandatory).
- Proficiency in using mobile apps or portals for reporting and task management is a plus.
- Fluency in English; Hindi or Arabic is an advantage.
