Role & Responsibilities
We are a 30 year old Joinery company.
The ideal Joinery Site Supervisor is an expert in joinery fit out, capable of organising a team of carpenters to install all types of joinery items. Reporting to the Project Manager the Joinery Site Supervisor will ensure that the joinery units are installed quickly and accurately.
Key Skills:
1. Taking joinery site measurements
2. Organising the site team to install the joinery units
3. Coordinating with the PM & Factory for required materials
4. Communicating with the client as required
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Minimum of 3 years in joinery site supervision
2. Able to read Autocad Drawings and Joinery Cutting Lists
3. Able to motivate the team to achieve deadlines
4. Speaks fluent Hindi to be able to communicate clearly with site team
5. Good English communication skills to communicate with the client's engineers
