2-3 years hands-on experience in supervising a high-end interior and joinery fit-out company.
- Health and safety requirements to be maintained at all times.
-Ability to read Joinery AutoCAD drawings and idenitfying materials and various finishes.
- Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and AutoCAD
- Knowledge on material finishes, site finishing requirements, project and manpower planning and management.
-Ability for quick decision making and take ownership confidently.
-Ensure quality finishes of Joinery items.
-Good oral and written communication in English.
-Responsible for the supervision of all interior site works, including Labour force and quality control Supervisor for Fitout works.
· Must be able to understand drawings & details, material finishes, Site requirements and high attention to detail
· Manage and review designs in coordination with technical standards.
· Should be able to work with a high accuracy and handle the workplace requirements efficiently
· Planning of work & proper reporting by prepare daily and weekly progress reports
· Good understanding of project control with respect to Quality and Time management
