Key Responsibilities:
- Site Supervision
- Oversee daily marble installation works, ensuring alignment with project drawings and specifications.
- Assign tasks to masons, helpers, and subcontractors, monitoring productivity and progress.
- Ensure proper handling, cutting, polishing, and fixing of marble and stone.
- Quality Control
- Inspect marble materials delivered to site for quality, size, and finish as per project requirements.
- Ensure correct methods of installation, joint treatment, leveling, and finishing.
- Report any defects, damages, or discrepancies to the Project Engineer.
- Coordination
- Liaise with project engineers, contractors, and consultants for approvals and site inspections.
- Coordinate with storekeepers and logistics for material availability and timely delivery.
- Attend site meetings and update project progress.
- Safety & Compliance
- Enforce safety rules and site discipline among workers.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, local regulations, and client specifications.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily progress reports (DPR).
- Record manpower allocation, material usage, and site issues.
- Provide weekly updates to the Project Manager.
