What You'll Do:
- Provide personalized skincare consultations tailored to client needs
- Offer expert guidance on our skincare, hair, and beauty product lines
- Drive product sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Meet monthly sales and performance goals
- Maintain a welcoming, clean, and professional treatment area
- Build lasting relationships with clients through follow-ups and great service
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in skincare, beauty consulting, or facial services
- Background in retail beauty sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a passion for the beauty industry
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends
Compensation & Benefits:
- Fixed salary plus commission incentives
