As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate and driven Social Media & Marketing Assistant to join our team.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Social Media & Marketing Assistant to manage our online presence and support our brand's marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about content creation, understands current digital trends, and is eager to contribute creatively to a fast-paced, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the company’s presence across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content in alignment with brand tone and goals
- Monitor trends and competitor activity to optimize performance and engagement
- Assist in developing marketing campaigns and promotional strategies
- Collaborate with the production team to align marketing efforts with upcoming projects
- Track and report on performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Identify and pursue business opportunities by sourcing relevant events, partnerships, and collaborations
- Strategically bring business to the company through marketing initiatives, networking, and brand positioning
- Assess how potential opportunities can benefit Zen Film Productions in terms of visibility, growth, and revenue
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and branding
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in social media or marketing is a plus
- A proactive, business-minded approach to generating leads and finding opportunities
What We Offer:
- Salary: AED 3,000 – 5,000 (based on experience and skill set)
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week (Sunday off)
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
