Job Description
We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media & Communications (Remote Position) to join our team and take the lead in curating engaging digital content and managing our online presence. This role requires someone who can think outside the box, stay ahead of trends, and bring fresh ideas to the table while maintaining a strong brand voice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and on-trend content for various social media platforms.
- Craft compelling captions, hooks, CTAs, and scripts for social media and video content.
- Manage company’s social media channels by implementing a content calendar, posting regularly.
- Conceptualize and produce monthly newsletters with innovative ideas for key stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure brand alignment.
- Follow up with potential client leads and maintain strong client relationships.
- Occasionally attend client meetings as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field required.
- 1–2 years of proven experience in an agency environment prefered.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal required
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
- Comfortable with working remotely.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design, detail, and social media trends.
- Professional conduct with a proactive and collaborative attitude required.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
