Job Title: Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to manage our online presence, drive customer engagement, and generate leads through strategic digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, campaign execution, performance tracking, and brand promotion across all digital channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, etc.)
- Grow followers, drive engagement, and maintain consistent brand voice and style.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor trends and competitor activity to keep the brand current.
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and email marketing.
- Optimize paid advertising campaigns to improve ROI and achieve marketing KPIs (leads, conversions, traffic).
- Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visuals and video content.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEO software.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on social media and campaign performance.
- Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
SEO & Website Updates
- Work on basic website updates using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Shopify).
- Implement on-page SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
Requirements
- Experience:
1+ years in digital marketing or social media role, preferably in a B2C or eCommerce environment.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
- Knowledge of SEO and content strategy best practices.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
Soft Skills:
- Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks or campaigns.
