Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok
- Develop and maintain a content calendar in line with marketing goals
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create compelling visuals and messaging
- Run paid social media campaigns and track ad performance
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights
- Assist in influencer marketing and partnership outreach
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and basic video editing apps
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices and algorithms
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with performance marketing and analytics tools is a plus
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
