We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Social Media Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to join our team. You’ll play a key role in managing our social media presence, creating content, and supporting campaigns. If you’ve already managed brand accounts and enjoy building communities through engaging content—this role is for you.
What You’ll Do :
Manage & Grow Social Media Accounts
Handle day-to-day management of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others
Post regularly, engage with the community, and ensure brand consistency across channels Create Engaging Content
Plan and produce content—posts, reels, stories, videos—that aligns with our tone and aesthetic
Adapt content based on platform trends, performance, and audience insights Run Daily Operations Smoothly
Maintain content calendars, ensure timely publishing, and keep things on track
Monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, saves, etc.) and prepare regular reports What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of experience managing social media for brands or businesses
Strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and platform features
video editing for reels or short-form content
A good eye for design and consistency across posts
Confident using tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar for content creation
Comfortable working with content calendars, brand guidelines, and analytics tools
A self-starter with good communication and time management skills
Experience with scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite, etc
