Job Description:
We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Social Media Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead generation, paid marketing, and content creation across major social media platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Tiktok, and YouTube. A flair for graphic design is essential to create visually appealing and engaging content that drives results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to generate qualified leads and drive business growth.
- Plan and manage paid ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other Meta platforms.
- Create compelling and original visual content with strong graphic design skills, tailored for each platform.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics such as CTR, conversions, ROAS, etc.
- Manage content calendars, schedule posts, and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor and analyze performance data to report on KPIs and campaign outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and social media.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align social media efforts with company goals.
