Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to oversee content and strategy for multiple clients. You will develop content calendars, create engaging posts, coordinate with creative teams, manage community interactions, and track performance to ensure campaigns meet client goals. Strong English skills are required, and Arabic is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee social media accounts for multiple clients
- Develop monthly content calendars based on each client’s objectives and brand guidelines
- Create content ideas and concepts for photos, videos, reels, and stories
- Participate in content creation sessions, including filming, shooting, or coordinating with the creative team
- Write engaging and platform-appropriate captions in English (and Arabic if possible)
- Coordinate with designers and videographers to bring content ideas to life
- Schedule and publish content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Respond to comments, messages, and maintain a consistent and professional tone
- Monitor trends and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant
- Assist with monthly performance reports and optimization suggestions
- Work closely with account managers to ensure campaigns meet deadlines and expectations
Salary Range: AED 5,000 – 7,000 depending on experience and skillset.
