Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute engagement strategies across all social platforms.
- Own and manage content calendars for consistent posting.
- Monitor comments, messages, and user-generated content — respond in Bilingual.
- Drive conversation and community growth through real-time interaction.
- Cultivate relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketers for unified brand storytelling.
- Provide monthly performance reports: engagement, sentiment, audience growth, and more.
- Stay ahead of social media trends and platform changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, PR, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years in social media management with a focus on community engagement.
- Bilingual fluency
- Skilled communicator with an empathetic, engaging style.
- Proficient in tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
