About the Role:
This Dubai-based role supports a remote health and public health program in the Pacific Island nation of Nauru. You will lead public relations efforts, manage digital storytelling, and coordinate media strategies for an international initiative focused on health system strengthening and community well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute PR strategies across traditional and digital platforms
- Create press releases, briefing notes, newsletters, and campaign content
- Manage social media and online presence to support awareness and transparency
- Build relationships with international media, government, and health stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-sector teams to communicate impact and progress
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Digital-savvy: Minimum 2 years in social media and content development
- Experienced: At least 2 years in public relations
- A strong communicator: Skilled in writing, storytelling, and media outreach
Bonus Points For:
- Background in health, public health, or medical sectors
- Prior experience as a Social Media Manager
- Experience with NGOs, the UN, WHO, or international aid organizations
