Role Overview:
You will be responsible for creating, managing, and growing our brand’s presence across all major social media platforms. From planning content calendars to producing stunning photography and videos, you will play a key role in shaping the visual and strategic voice of our brand online.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute a compelling content strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Plan, create, and schedule content to align with marketing campaigns and brand identity
- Monitor social media trends, insights, and analytics to optimize content performance
- Engage with followers and grow the online community organically
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams on campaigns and promotions
Photography & Visual Content Creation:
- Shoot high-quality photos and videos for product launches, events, lifestyle content, and behind-the-scenes
- Edit and retouch photos to meet brand aesthetics
- Maintain organized digital content libraries
- Ensure all visual content supports brand guidelines and enhances engagement
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a social media manager and photographer (portfolio required)
- Proficient in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.
- Strong knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices
- Excellent eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling
- Ability to manage time, content calendars, and multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and copywriting skills are a plus
- Experience with Reels, TikTok content creation, and short-form video is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Photography, Communications, or related field preferred
