Social Tellers is a digital marketing startup dedicated to helping businesses tell compelling brand stories through social media content, influencer collaborations, and strategic digital marketing. We specialize in branding, social media content creation, influencer marketing and performance optimization. We work with lifestyle and F&B businesses, including restaurants, cafes, hotels and consumer brands to amplify their digital presence. At Social Tellers, we provide end-to-end creative solutions backed by a data-driven approach to ensure maximum impact and authentic, engaging content.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Analyse competitors, trends, and audience insights to guide content direction
- Build monthly social media strategies for brands that align with their goals and tone of voice
- Plan and maintain content calendars across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure all content fits within the overall strategy
- Manage daily operations of social platforms — posting, scheduling, and community engagement
- Manage our clients’ social media accounts across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
- Write captions, hashtags, and CTAs that align with each brand’s tone and goals
- Track performance metrics, generate monthly reports, and suggest optimizations
- Stay on top of platform trends, sound recommendations, and best practices
- Assist in brainstorming and executing campaign ideas, giveaways, and collaborations
- Reach out to influencers for collaborations
- Occasionally attend client shoots or events to capture live content (if needed)
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience managing brand or agency social media accounts
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram growth strategies
- Good eye for visuals and storytelling — bonus if you’ve used Adobe Suite, CapCut or Canva
- Strong writing skills and creative intuition
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
- Able to thrive in a startup/agency environment — fast, flexible, and collaborative
- Based in Dubai; fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Nice to Have
- Past experience in F&B, lifestyle, or real estate content
- Photography or videography skills
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and TikTok Ads Manager
- Influencer outreach or UGC coordination experience
Note:
Candidate must be comfortable with working on-site at In5 Tech or In5 Media in a co-working space.
As this is a startup, the team is currently small, consisting only of the founder. Additional team members will be employed in the coming weeks, with further expansion expected over the next few months, following the company’s recent official registration.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
Candidate have to be flexible to work on weekend when there are client shoots and time will be compensated.
