Position: Sales Executive (SaaS Product)
Location: On-site – UAE (Dubai / Abu Dhabi)

Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented Sales Executive (SaaS Product) to join our UAE team. This role involves identifying and acquiring new clients in the automotive sector, presenting our SaaS solutions, and managing the sales process from lead generation to closing. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in solution-based selling, especially in the technology or SaaS domain, and familiar with the dynamics of the UAE and GCC markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in the UAE and GCC region.
- Conduct meetings with automotive industry clients to understand their operational challenges and present tailored SaaS solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle including lead qualification, product demonstrations, proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and support) to ensure alignment on client needs and product delivery.
- Maintain a strong pipeline through CRM systems and report on sales performance and forecasts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments in the MENA region.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven sales experience in SaaS, IT solutions, or enterprise software – preferably in the automotive domain or UAE market.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in B2B consultative selling and handling mid to high-value deals.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and productivity software.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
- Arabic language proficiency is a plus but not mandatory.
