The Role:

• You will be a natural leader of people who can inspire a team and bring out individual potential, an ambassador of the brand; you will need to be calm and collected when managing your team.
• Inspire your team to deliver the owners' vision, to bring a unique and immersive drinking experience to our guests.
• Maintaining and replenishing all wine service areas, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation
• Sharing your expertise with the sommelier team to cultivate and enhance their wine knowledge and skills
• Demonstrate an in-depth wine knowledge and understanding customers specific needs to deliver a unique experience
• Keeps abreast of latest trends and developments regarding wine.
• Develop strong partnerships with our suppliers ensuring our menu leads the way in a competitive market.
• Show your experience and capability for managing high volume operations and busy service periods
• Driving a team to greatness through exciting, innovative, and engaging training
• Inspire the team to deliver impeccable service with unwavering attention to detail for our guests throughout their time at Tattu.
• Must be trained to WSET Level 3 equivalent or above.
