Curate unforgettable journeys through the world of wine. As Sommelier, you’ll guide guests in discovering the perfect pairings, enhance dining experiences, and manage an exceptional wine cellar.
Requirements:
- Certified Sommelier with strong international wine knowledge
- Experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise guests on wine selections and pairings
- Train staff on wine knowledge and service etiquette
- Maintain inventory and build exclusive wine lists
- Foster supplier relationships for premium selections
