Overview

Job Description

• Provides information about products and services used in the Wellness and Spa and Fitness departments
• Advises clients on treatments and product usage
• Controls all rooms within the Wellness and Spa department
• Responsible for a professional and warm welcome to guests
• Presents services to guests in a professional manner
• Responds to guests' questions, complaints and suggestions in a courteous and professional manner
• Makes appointment reservations and ensures their accuracy
• Performs other administrative tasks as assigned by superiors

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of at least one foreign language
• 1-2 years of work experience in the same or similar jobs
• Responsible, motivated person with strong planning and work organization skills
• Excellent communication skills
