Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Specialty Coffee Sales Manager to lead and grow our specialty coffee sales division. This role involves building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and working closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality service and product delivery. The ideal candidate is passionate about specialty coffee and has a strong background in B2B sales and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development
- Identify, target, and secure new specialty coffee clients (e.g. cafés, hotels, restaurants, offices, and distributors).
- Grow sales revenue and meet/exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and marketing plans to promote specialty coffee products.
- Account Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct regular visits, tastings, and training sessions for clients.
- Provide after-sales support and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Market Research & Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
- Provide insights and recommendations for product and service improvements.
- Product & Brand Representation
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company’s specialty coffee offerings.
- Represent the company at coffee events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
- Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with the roasting team, logistics, and operations to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in specialty coffee or the F&B industry.
- Deep understanding and passion for specialty coffee, brewing methods, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license (if required for client visits).
Preferred Qualifications:
- SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) certification is a plus.
- Existing network of specialty coffee clients or industry contacts.
