We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager, currently based in the UAE, to oversee the operations of our Sports Bar. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of sports bar culture, a passion for sports, and a strong background in bar management. This role demands a hands-on approach to delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a bar in the UAE
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Proven ability to create an engaging sports bar environment
- Excellent knowledge of beverage management, including beer, spirits, and food pairings
- Passion for sports and a commitment to fostering a lively, interactive experience for guests
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Familiarity with POS systems, financial reporting, and best practices for operational efficiency
