Key Responsibilities:
- Surface Preparation:Clean, sand, fill, and mask surfaces of wood, MDF, panels, and other joinery items to ensure a smooth, flawless finish.
- Paint Application:Apply primers, sealers, basecoats, and lacquers using HVLP or airless spray guns.
- Color Matching:Mix and match paint colors and finishes according to design specifications and color samples.
- Quality Control:Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and defects, and perform necessary touch-ups.
- Equipment Maintenance:Maintain and clean spray equipment, spray booths, and work areas.
- Safety Compliance:Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations, and use protective gear.
- Collaboration:Work with designers, production teams, and supervisors to understand project requirements and meet deadlines.
- Material Handling:Handle and move materials as required for the job.
