What’s On Your Plate?
● Be the Product Ops expert in your tribe, possess end-to-end tribe & product knowledge to work with your product counterparts.
● Define, influence or operate the go to market strategies to bring talabat’s products to all of our local markets in the most effective way possible.
● Optimise products post rollout, to drive continuous improvement.
● Ensure functional teams and business stakeholders are aligned to the objectives of your products.
● Leverage high-impact horizontal initiatives and look to benefit the entire product and tech department by bringing about an improvement in these fundamental topics.
● Surface insights to Product and Tech and advise further product improvement.
Qualifications
What Did We Order?
● Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, business operations, consulting, product, product operations or similar role.
● Experience in leading cross functional projects and teams.
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Comfortable at dealing with ambiguity.
● Strong team player, with an ability to connect people and teams to our company vision.
● Drive key processes to enhance daily business and have an ability to prioritise demands in a fast-paced environment.
● A proactive mentality and a desire to make an impact.
● Strong English skills, in both written and verbal communication.
● You have a voice that is human, personal and matches our Product brand.
● Ability to think like a Product user and be invested in our users’ needs.
