We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Stands Manager/ Operations Manager to oversee five strategically located developer sales stands. This is an operationally intensive role that blends team coordination, process management, quality control, and field supervision. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing a daily field presence with back-office reporting and logistics.

- Stand Management & Supervision.

- Lead Management & CRM Oversight.
- Marketing Materials Oversight.
Requirements
- Previous experience in operations, retail supervision, field management, or hospitality preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle logistics across multiple locations.
- Basic proficiency in CRM tools and data reporting.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Driver’s license preferred.
