Al Fares International Tents & Construction Metal LLC is a leading company in the Gulf region, specializing in aluminum and steel structures, prefabricated buildings, and customized tent solutions across the GCC. We are currently expanding our team and looking for a qualified and experienced Steel Structure Surveyor for our ongoing and upcoming projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys for steel structure and prefabricated building projects.
- Interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and layout plans.
- Ensure accuracy in site measurements and coordinate with engineering and site teams.
- Prepare and submit detailed survey reports.
- Support project execution by providing accurate layout and level references.
- Assist in site supervision and quality checks related to structural alignment.
- Collaborate with engineering and site teams to provide layout references.
- Support installation and quality checks during project execution.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in steel structure surveying, preferably in the GCC region.
- Strong knowledge of surveying instruments
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
- Experience using survey and quality verification software
- Good understanding of construction quality standards and documentation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Valid UAE/GCC driving license is preferred.
Requirements:
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- GCC experience preferred.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites across the region.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to structural detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-track projects.
