Key Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment using industrial dish machines or by hand
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including floors, walls, and trash bins
- Organize and store clean dishes and equipment in designated areas
- Assist with basic food prep tasks as directed by chefs or cooks
- Handle garbage removal and recycling procedures safely and efficiently
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Support the kitchen team as needed during busy service periods
