The Sticker Applicator is responsible for accurately applying stickers, labels, decals, or branding materials to various products, packaging, or surfaces, ensuring quality and consistency according to company standards. The role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply stickers/labels to products, packaging, or promotional materials with precision and consistency.
- Inspect items before and after application to ensure proper placement and alignment.
- Prepare materials and workstations prior to application.
- Follow specific guidelines and templates for sticker placement.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Report any defects or inconsistencies to the supervisor.
- Assist in packaging and final inspection of products if required.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
- Meet daily or weekly targets as set by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Proven experience in sticker/label application or similar manual labor is an advantage.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts, if needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with different types of stickers (vinyl, decals, heat transfer, etc.)
- Experience with tools like squeegees, heat guns, or label applicators.
- Understanding of production or packaging processes.
