MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise all stockroom operations, ensuring accurate stock flow, organization, and availabilities.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments in line with brand standards.
- Oversee inventory counts, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Ensure stockroom cleanliness, product security, and compliance with HSE guidelines.
- Support store team with product availability, transfers, and replenishment during trade.
- Train and guide stock team members to ensure operational excellence.
- Liaise with store management and merchandising teams on stock priorities and delivery schedules.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in stockroom operations, ideally in a luxury retail environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with accuracy in inventory handling and reporting.
- Ability to lead a small team with a hands-on, solutions-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with stock management systems.
- Physically fit to handle stock movements and store floor support when needed.
- Strong communication skills and flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced setting.
