We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Store Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, customer service, and staff scheduling.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability.
- Monitor and analyze sales and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and take appropriate action.
- Train, motivate, and supervise store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maximize sales opportunities.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to the team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and product knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Knowledge of sales and customer service techniques.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
- Arabic speaker Male preferred
