Resposibilities
a) Team Management: Supervise and guide showroom staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
b) Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, replenishment, and organization to ensure products are readily available for customers and identify fast-moving items for restocking.
c) Visual Merchandising: Develop and maintain attractive product displays that enhance the showroom's appeal and drive sales.
d) Customer Experience: Ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience for customers by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product information.
e) Sales Performance: Set sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
f) Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations to maintain a secure and organized showroom environment.
g) Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and showroom operations to provide insights for decision-making and strategic planning.
i) Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in processes, systems, and customer service delivery, and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

b) Educational background: Any Degree
d) Good influencing skills & Communication skill.
e) Good knowledge of written and spoken English & Hindi
